Everybody has a diet. Diet means; the food and drink usually taken by a person or group. In order to eat healthy, we must enjoy a variety of different foods in our diet. In order to enjoy a variety of food, we must eat food from different food groups. All foods are classified into food groups. The food groups a healthy person chooses are; fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains and dairy.
